Develops and implements effective sourcing strategies that are aimed at maximising the delivery of TCO reduction, inclusive procurement, sustainability, EBITDA and other business performance objectives.
Execute the end-to-end sourcing process while improving contract coverage, inclusive procurement, purchasing savings and other relevant KPIs.
Identifies, defines and implements Inclusive Procurement, B-BBEE and Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) strategies in line with set objectives.
Identifies, defines and implements Inclusive Procurement and ESD opportunities for the benefit of Host Community Businesses.
Responsible for Inclusive Procurement, B-BBEE and ESD reporting
Evaluate supplier performance and makes recommendations for improvement
Effective planning and project management of sourcing initiatives
Responsible for the contracting process as part of sourcing events
Accountable for achieving agreed KPI’s and their reporting.
Respects all site safety rules including those applicable for the safe engagement of contractors and visitors.
