Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

• Design plastic components and products, ensuring they meet specific performance criteria such as strength, flexibility, and durability such as mould design and screw and barrel design.
•  Develop and refine manufacturing processes such as injection moulding, extrusion, and blow moulding.
• Ensuring that the plastic products meet industry standards and specifications.
• They diagnose and resolve issues in the production process, working to prevent defects and improve overall product quality.
• Research and Development.
• Maintain detailed records of design specifications, testing results, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Plastics or related

• Expertise in mould design.
• Expertise in screw and barrel design.
• Expertise’s in different extrusion methods.
