Plumbing Technician - Bellville at Helderberg Personnel

Responsibilities and job Description essentials include: 

• Technical audits on properties (Water)
• Examine under recoveries from a technical perspective, water leaks etc. 
• Installation of water metering equipment, including ad hoc General Plumbing work
• Stock management 
• General administrative and ad-hoc tasks, daily job cards 
• Technical reporting at corporate standard

Requirements and Competencies include:

• Matric Certificate or matric equivalent
• Must be a qualified plumber with a completed trade test at an accredited institution 
• Must be computer literate (Experienced in MS Excel and MS Word) 
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Excellent client service and communication skills (Verbal and written) 
• Efficient in time management, planning and prioritising
• Applicant should be well organized and deadline / goal orientated
• Excellent problem solving skills 
• Working accurately under pressure 
• Have the ability to work well independently as well as in a team 
• Must be able to work overtime 
• Valid South African Driver's license
