Plumbing Workshop Manager at The Key Recruitment Group

• We are seeking a Red Seal Qualified Plumber to join our team as a Workshop Manager in the Bellville/Durbanville area.

Requirements:

• Red Seal certification and proven plumbing qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plumbing and workshop management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Must have own reliable vehicle (company vehicle provided only for site visits during the day)
• Ability to manage staff, oversee workshop operations, and ensure quality workmanship

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate workshop activities
• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support and mentor plumbing staff
• Conduct site visits as required
