You as a PM Internship will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Modderfontein, South Africa. The Internship Project Administrator (IPA) will be trained to work in the Project Environment.
Your responsibilities
The IPA will also be trained to deliver professional and courteous customer support service and promote a productive and positive relationship with customers in typical day-to-day interactions. Also, participate in and contribute to team efforts and manage your individual contributions.
Project related training to Budget management, recording the minutes of meetings and communicate and collaborate.
Conducting risk analyses, communicates progress to team members and creating progress reports.
Monitoring progress, conducting research for team members and documentation.
Creating and updating workflows, forecasting future costs, formatting documents as required and creating timetables for the project.
Implementing policies and procedures and collection of materials from stores.
Help set up project meetings, order resources and processing invoices and purchase orders.
Measuring and reporting on project performance.
Track project expenses and task tracking, also meeting administration and collecting and analyzing project data

Your background
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Project Management or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Knowledge in tools or utilities of MS outlook, excel and project etc. is required.
Demonstrate strong written and communication skills and overall learning attitude.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
