    • As a Polar Travel Advisor at, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic sales culture, showcasing your prowess in prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling to our esteemed clientele. Your mission? Drive results against targets, elevating our top-line growth while delivering outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond. Collaborating closely with our Global Customer Services team, you'll play a pivotal role in curating unforgettable experiences for travelers worldwide.

    Responsibilities:

    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while prioritizing outstanding customer service.
    • Qualify and disqualify inbound leads efficiently, bringing to bear multiple channels including calls, emails, live chat, and Salesforce.
    • Convert sales leads promptly and adeptly, adhering to standard operating procedures.
    • Improve revenue by promoting and selling our wide range of products through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
    • Initiate outbound relationship calls to travel agents and prospect lists, fostering valuable connections.
    • Engage with travelers to discern their unique needs, ensuring each journey is perfectly tailored.
    • Navigate the sales process seamlessly, adhering to established frameworks and methodologies.
    • Provide post-sales support via phone and live chat, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

    Skills and Experience:

    • At least 3 years of experience in sales at the front lines, preferably in a sales-focused setting related to travel.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • A proactive approach to customer interactions, demonstrating initiative and expertise.
    • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • Proficiency in computer programs, with experience in reservation systems and CRM tools preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Consistent track record of cross-selling to customers.
    • Resilient with a passion for sales, customer service, and travel.
    • Growth mindset with a dedication to continuous learning.
