Post-Doctoral Fellowship: The Field of Business Management at North West University

Minimum requirements

• PhD in Business Administration, Organizational Management, and enterprise resilience, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, and or Digital Science in the field of Business (or related discipline) obtained in the last 5 years.
• Demonstrate experience in publications on any of the above-mentioned focused areas of research.
• Proven track record of publications in top-quality Journals (DHET Accredited Journals).
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical skills in the use of both qualitative and quantitative software (e.g. SmartPLS, SPSS, and Atlas.ti).
• Preference will be given to Female South African Citizens and SA permanent residence holders.
• A panel of researchers will conduct remote interviews with applicants who meet the minimum criteria. The duration of the position is 2 years (with a possible extension of an additional year), beginning as soon as possible (or as agreed). The monthly honorarium is in accordance with the university-agreed system for Postdoctoral research fellows.
