KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Video Editing & Post Production

• Edit video content for a variety of formats, including social media, commercials, and branded content
• Assemble footage into compelling narratives, ensuring high production values and storytelling quality
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to meet project goals and deadlines
• Maintain consistent quality and brand alignment across all edited material

AI Video Tools & Promotion

• Utilize AI-assisted editing tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative possibilities
• Support AI video generation initiatives by integrating AI outputs into final edits
• Assist in developing and sharing best practices for AI-enhanced editing across the team
• Act as a point of contact within the post-production team to promote awareness and education around AI video capabilities

Content Strategy & Collaboration

• Work closely with creative teams to translate briefs into polished video content, leveraging AI where appropriate
• Help develop strategies for repurposing content across multiple platforms using AI-assisted techniques
• Collaborate with AI specialists to troubleshoot and refine AI-generated assets in final edits

Requirements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Editing Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Proficient with industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Must have experience with motion graphics using After Effects.
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity and deadlines

AI & Technology Aptitude

• Experience or strong interest in AI video generation tools such as Veo, Runway, or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of AI prompting and integration into video workflows
• Eagerness to learn and apply emerging AI technologies in creative post production
