A relevant Doctoral Degree awarded within the last 5 years
Have a proven research track record including at least one article published in an accredited journal and at least one conference presentation
Demonstrate solid proficiency, creativity, critical thinking, ability to collaborate effectively with others, and independent thought process.
Duties:
Submission of at least two research units in DHET accredited journals.
Presentation of research at one international or national conference per annum
Assist with or co-supervise postgraduate students, where applicable.
Assist in organising postgraduate research workshops and seminars.
Contribute to other related research and capacity-building projects at the Faculty of Law as may be delegated
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate should hold a PhD in Law, specializing in Information and communications technology law, law and 4IR or related disciplines obtained within the last five years
Be a South African citizen, Permanent Resident or International for the full-time Postdoctoral Research fellowship position.
Preference will be given to female South African citizens or holders of South African Permanent Residence.
A record of accredited research publications, commensurate with the Postdoctoral Research Fellowship position.
Postdoctoral fellowship renewals shall be in accordance with the postdoctoral research fellowship policy of the University of Fort Hare.
