Power BI Developer at PBT Group

PBT Group is on the hunt for a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join a dynamic team driving the development of a next-generation investment platform. What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for cross-functional business use.
• Analyse large, complex datasets using SQL and Power BI to uncover trends and insights.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to build effective data models and performance tracking tools.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
• Translate findings into actionable business recommendations with clear storytelling.
• Participate in data governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Tech Stack:

• Power BI (dashboard creation, dataflows, modelling)
• SQL (5+ years)
• Data platforms: Snowflake, Denodo
• Bonus: Python or R, and familiarity with ETL processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Specialist.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent data storytelling and visualisation skills.
• Exposure to investment or asset management industries is a major advantage.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Management, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in data analytics or visualisation tools are a plus.
