PPS Advisor at Henkel

YOUR ROLE

• Salon Training - achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets as set out by the PPS Manager
• Technical Trainings -Perform the required formal trainings as set out in the PPS calendar. -Ensure the formal trainings are attended correctly -Ensure that the fees for the formal trainings are collected and deposited into the Henkel bank account
• Ensure NCA’s are trained
• Ensure all required testing is done and reported on as required from the PPS manager
•  Assist the sales team with launching new products to the client base
• Submit reports to PPS Manager as required
• Maintain knowledge of customers, competitors and market trends
• Promotional Activities
• Examine all expenses regarding car, cellphone, card, etc. and stay within allocation.

YOUR SKILLS

• Qualification in Hairdressing
• Required Driving License required. Technological/market know-how
• Thorough knowledge of customers, products and market
• Training Experience in a similar industry
• Public speaking Personal skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills Miscellaneous (IT / languages)
• Above average literacy, numeracy and computer literacy
