Practitioner: Verification and Evaluation Services
The most eligible candidate must hold an appropriate and recognised qualification at NQF level 5 in human / social sciences, education, or administration or equivalent.
An NQF Level 6 in human / social sciences, education, or administration or equivalent on the 10 Level NQF will be an added advantage.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in data capturing or information management is required.
More than two years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
The incumbent must have a good knowledge of comparison of foreign qualifications standards and procedures.
Computer Literacy, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail and good written and verbal communication should be the strengths of those aspiring for this appointment.
Duties :
Plan, organise and document activities to ensure the necessary focus, achievement of delivery targets and availability of performance data.
Implement workflow systems and apply these to individual applications.
Screen applications for completeness and determine the necessary action.
Communicate effectively with a range of national and international entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness in terms of client needs are achieved.
Undertake verification (online as well as contact based) of client qualification achievements.
Help to keep information sources / reference materials up to date, known and accessible.
Undertake activities that show awareness of and sensitivity to client needs and a sense of urgency to meet these appropriately.
Ensure end to end processing of verification and evaluation services are achieved.
Maintain a proper register of the records of daily file tracking for reference and reporting purposes and identify issues that should be fed back to the team for continuous improvement.
Maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
