    Premium Collections Administrator - Centurion

    • The incumbent will provide effective and efficient premium administrative support for the life insurance division to enable premium collection and reduction in lapses. This includes management all FAS premium allocations, including debit order collections.

    Job Outputs:

    • Manage the insurer deduction files and ensure all files are received, processed and distributed timeously.
    • Manage the insurer rejection files by co-ordinating with the insurers and regional offices.
    • Handle premium allocation and escalation enquiries.
    • Co-ordinate, allocate and ensure manual transactions are allocated timeously and accurately.
    • Co-ordinate the Debit order functionality.
    • Assist Regional Administrators, Financial Advisors and Independent Contractors with premiums enquiries.
    • Liasing with Collections and on time communication on problematic employer groups and payments including retrenchment notifications

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12)
    • Finance or Accounting related qualification on NQF level 4
    • Regulatory Exam (RE 5) recommended
    • 1-2 years’ experience in Administration
    • 1-2 years’ experience in insurance or financial services
