Pricing and Reporting Manager | Waterfall, Gauteng
Ensure to upload and process all Interlink pricing and cashflows files
Reduce all interlink and pricing recon items to an ageing limit
Ensure to effectively calculate and pay out the legacy Institutional and Retail clients the correct verified amount within the agreed SLA
Ensure that there is a workable Plan A and B for all tasks and effect the process control improvements
Effective escalation management by ensuring to immediately raise ORRs & escalations and implementing an effective short-term solution within SLA
Effective management of the Interlink projects and Issues on a daily basis, continuous improvement of the Interlink system and processes with no operational losses
Ensure payment and settlement processes are effected within SLA time with no operational losses, to improve client experience
