Minimum Requirements    
QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSc (Hons) Computer Science (Essential/Minimum or)
• B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
• Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)

EXPERIENCE: 

• 8-10 years  Information Management industry experience with strong technical knowledge. Extensive experience in building Enterprise architecture frameworks (Infrastructure, Information Integrations, Applications)   (Essential/Minimum)   Operational

• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Architecture Framework
• Develop, maintain and communicate conceptual architecture frameworksInform and advise Information Management (IM) on Enterprise technology, product and vendor trends
• Develop Proof-of-concepts for each technological innovation
• Benchmark and best practice investigation of architecture framework and principles
• Approve solution design
• Optimise Life cycle planning for enterprise assets
• Facilitate collaboration across areas to exploit Information and Communication Technology (ICT) synergies and avoid duplication,

Best Practice and Knowledge Management  

• Identify and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to improve systems and processes
• Share knowledge with stakeholders
• Responsible for relevant governance forums to educate and ensure compliance in line with Architecture framework, principles and standards with Solution Architects
• Involved in IM governance forums for advisory purposes
