Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Interaction Specialist to lead the design and implementation of Unified Communications solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of Communications Technology Systems and a robust grasp of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure landscape. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aligning technology solutions with business needs and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth technical analysis of communications technology systems.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Unified Communications technologies.
• Design and implement effective Unified Communications solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure comprehensive integration of all layers of the ISO stack.
• Develop and design architectures that facilitate the efficient functioning of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and define technology-related business requirements.
• Identify and propose relevant technology solutions to address business challenges.
• Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor daily work, verify outputs, and track progress against project milestones.
• Produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and project plans.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior staff in technical and project management best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant technology-based certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Professional, Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Unified Communications solutions design and implementation.
• Proven experience in technical analysis and research within communications technology systems.

• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
