Key performance responsibilities include the following:
Source, generate, integrate, and manage spatial and non-spatial data to support ecosystem accounting and related analyses;
Undertake spatial analysis related to ecosystem accounting and spatial and non-spatial data analysis
Support technical and spatial knowledge products development and translation; and
Facilitate human capital development within the sub-directorate.
This position requires a degree in Environmental, Natural sciences or equivalent qualification with NQF 7.
A post-graduate qualification in Environmental, Natural sciences or equivalent qualification at NQF 8 will be an added advantage.
This position also requires 4 years of work experience in relevant field of which 1 year experience in procurement, logistical, records and stores management, project and event management is required.
