    Process Design Engineer

    Responsibilities

    A day in the life of our Process Design Engineer includes ...

    • Design and drawing of food processing and materials handling equipment.
    • Project management.
    • Localization of international drawings and design to local manufacturing abilities and specifications.
    • Liaise with customers on product and process requirements.
    • Liaise with international JBT facilities to train and provide training.
    • Technical sales support.
    • Provide engineering specifications to technical buying department.
    • Sourcing of specialist components
    • Complete time and expense report on a weekly basis.
    • Complete all paperwork and records maintained for JBT and customers to the required standards
    • Complete and adhere to all HSE requirements and instructions

    What are looking for on a CV ...

    • Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma (N-Dip, B.Tech/B.eng).
    • Minimum 5-7 years machine design related experience.
    • Process flow experience.
    • SolidWorks experience.
    • Project management experience.
    • Manage a project from concept to commissioning.
    • Interest in the design and manufacturing of Pressure Vessels.
    • Knowledge of pressure vessel manufacturing (ASME) advantageous
