Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience working within IT and technology transformation environments
- Strong business process analysis and process engineering experience
- Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, process modelling, and process optimisation
- Experience facilitating workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Ability to document and analyse current-state and future-state processes
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

Candidates with one or more of the following certifications will be highly regarded:
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt)
- BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional)
- Business Analysis certifications (FTI, IIBA, CBAP, ECBA)
