Procure to Pay Analyst at CHEP

The Procure to Pay team supports the business on matters of Tactical Sourcing, Expenses Management, Catalog Management, Coupa Administration, Master Data Management, Invoice Processing, Payment Processing and Exception Management.

This position will support all areas as required with a primary focus on:

• Be the regional subject matter expert (SME) for Coupa Source to Order and Invoice to Pay
• Responsible for Coupa system administration in the India, Middle East, Turkey and Sub Saharan Africa region
• Work with local and global Procure to Pay team, as well as Procurement and business users to provide application support,
• Assist with data analysis and reporting.
• Responsible for day to day task management and provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.

Major/Key Accountabilities:

• Resolution Manage the Help Desk ticketing system
•  Resolve and/or escalate issues related to configured processes in Coupa
• Coupa and business process Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the region
• Advise end-users on P2P best practices and proper use of the P2P technology
• P2P audit and action Report weekly
• Monitor PO and GR Compliance monthly for region
• Monitor PO penetration monthly for the region
• Put in place plans to improve metrics
• Follow up on noncompliant user and assess training needs
• Educate business on the P2P process (procure to pay)
• Support global team with Coupa releases and assess benefit and impact of the new functionalities.
•  Perform regression testing & identify change management need
• Maintain catalog as per guidance from Procurement

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• EPR Systems experience (Coupa, SAP)
• Accounts Payable, Procurement or IT experience
• Systems administration
