Job Summary

• To prepare specialised information for all stakeholders of the business for informed decision making and to support the business.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

• Lead the Customer Support and user support teams
• Oversee Procurement system landscape
• Develop and support a program to provide colleagues with options around the entire purchase-to-pay lifecycle and best practice processes.
• Understand and interpret Business requirements into system enhancements, upgrades, and new design requirements.
• Manage production and maintenance of procurement catalogues
• Drive the usage of procurement catalogues and system adoption
• Provide 1st line support, expertise and training on P2P processes and systems across the procurement landscape.
• Design, deliver and maintain P2P processes, learning material and Intranet updates.
• Management of Incident / Request, and providing timely updates to users across all levels

You will have required Experience:

• Previous work experience in Purchasing, IT, Call Center or Customer Support
• Procure to Pay experience in Coupa and SAP is a must (3-5 years)
• Well versed in MS Office package
• Relevant qualifications and certifications
• High proficiency (writing and speaking) in English
• High customer service focus
• Excellent communications skills and well versed in English

Education

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
