Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Coordinate stock ordering and manage inter-branch transfers efficiently
• Oversee overdue purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain accurate stock files on Pastel, including supplier and product details
• Manage the price variance process and implement necessary corrections
• Handle discounted-price processes, including orders, stock movements, and pricing adjustments
• Expedite and monitor supplier back-orders to prevent delays
• Capture data accurately and source new suppliers, including managing new account applications
• Conduct supplier price comparisons and resolve related queries

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ procurement or related experience
• Proficiency in Pastel and data capturing skills
• Strong planning, numeracy, and analytical abilities
• Valid driver’s license and own transport will be advantageous
