Procurer: Pecans

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the procurement of Pecan Nuts through procuring, logistics, do market analysis and establish relationships with new producers and ensure excellent customer service by providing professional and innovative agricultural advice to new and existing Pecan nut producers.                                                                                                               

Responsibilities

• Manage client service and relationships with key stakeholders;
• Provide agricultural advice services;
• Receive Pecan nut information and actively procure tons for contracting;
• Communicate information to producer through relevant channel by due date and handle client queries;
• Manage price risks for producer and advise and facilitate speculative transactions;
• Ensure that the contracted product is delivered to GWK;
• Coordinate handling and logistical flow of Pecan Nuts;
• Ensure maximum market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Agricultural Field or Equivalent qualification.                                          
• 2 years’ relevant experience
• Code 8 Driver's License.
