Take an active role in ETL, data migration and ensuring new clients have successfully implemented their leading edge product. They are Agile enthusiasts, you will be in a team and well-supported in your career journey
Full mentorship and training will be provided for you to successfully analyse client needs in order to configure the product to best suit their individual needs and shape meaningful solutions.
The analysis will include scope of work for both for new clients and for product enhancements, you will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, streamline business processes, and tailor the system to their requirements.
Oversee seamless data migration, system configuration, and integration with tools best suited for optimal performance.
Contribute to updating project plans and ensuring deadlines are being met by managing timelines, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
Lead engaging user training sessions and craft clear, valuable technical documentation when needed
Uphold company standards and best practices with regard to system deployment.
Identify potential risks early and take proactive steps to resolve them.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and management.
What you need:
A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (e.g., BEng Degree, BTech Degree, etc.).
Experience with complex software system implementation would be a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on detail.
Experience with ETL, migration, data analysis, SQL databases, reporting tools, API integration, and other system connectivity methods are all highly valued and seen as advantageous.
