We are seeking a high-energy, driven, and customer-centric Product Consultant to join our team in the Milnerton area. This role is designed for a sales professional who is passionate about consumer electronics and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for translating technical product features into lifestyle benefits, ensuring every customer walks away with the perfect solution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Excellence: Proactively engage customers to drive sales, meet KPIs, and exceed monthly targets through superior product knowledge.
Expert Product Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert in consumer electronics, providing tailored recommendations that meet specific customer needs.
Strategic Reporting: Gather and report on real-time sales insights, competitor activity, and market trends to help shape regional strategy.
Operational Administration: Manage administrative tasks with high accuracy, focusing on performance reporting and inventory insights.
Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a professional and proactive presence on the floor, contributing to the overall success and aesthetic of the store.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced retail environment.
Sales Track Record: Proven ability to engage customers and close sales effectively.
Industry Knowledge: A background in Consumer Electronics is highly advantageous.
Strategic Ability: Competence in administrative reporting and the ability to translate floor observations into actionable insights.
Flexibility: Must be able to travel locally and work weekends/public holidays as part of the 45-hour flexi-contract.
