Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Engineer to join our dynamic team at Ctrack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both computer engineering and electrical engineering. This role involves a blend of new product research and development, prototyping, advanced problem-solving, and supporting product management with product launches. The Product Engineer will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge products.

Job Responsibilities:

New Product R&D:

• Conduct research to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
• Develop and test new product concepts and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market.

Prototyping New Ideas:

• Design and build prototypes to validate new product ideas.
• Perform iterative testing and refinement of prototypes.
• Document and present prototype development progress and results.

Advanced Problem Solving:

• Analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues during development and post-launch.
• Implement best practices for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Product Launch Support:

• Assist the Product Management Specialist with product launch activities.
• Provide technical expertise and support during product launches.
• Ensure a smooth transition from development to production.

Technical Documentation:

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for new products.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.

Quality Assurance: Technical Documentation:

Customer Feedback Integration:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Work closely with customer support teams to address technical issues.
