Job Description

Product Development:

• Design, develop, and implement digital banking products and features.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure seamless integration of new features with existing systems and workflows.

Technical Expertise:

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of digital banking applications.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the applications.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve product offerings.

 Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, business analysts, and QA engineers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.

5. Documentation and Training:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and training purposes.
• Provide training and support to other team members and end-users as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong back-end development skills (Java, Python)
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Product Management Skills:

• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with product lifecycle management from conception to launch.
• Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Several years of experience in software development, preferably within the financial services industry.

Experience with digital banking solutions is a plus.
