Product Manager- Cloud Innovation at Vodafone Global Enterprise

Role purpose:

The  Product Manager - Cloud Innovation role is based within the Vodacom Business Unit.

The Product Manager liaises with both internal and external clients and ensures that the cloud services created meet the agreed Service Level Agreements and the delivery of projects and services within the agreed timelines and budgets. The portfolio is responsible for the development and management of relevant Cloud products and initiatives that support the growth of Vodacom's Business through services, and innovations that are competitive for the enterprise and SME market. The execution of product curation must be in line with the overall Cloud and Hosting LOB strategy. 

Ideally you should possess the following:

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• Cloud Certification is essential. 
• Product  Management.
• Project management (Advantage). 
• 3 Years of Management experience in a professional services organization. 
• 5 years of experience in engaging with customers on commercial engagements.
• Project and Team Management experience.
• Experience in responding to large Software Implementation Tenders.
• Experienced in presenting Enterprise Solutions and offerings to Customers.
• Experienced in presenting and engaging with customers at the C level.
• Account Management with Customers.
• Extensive understanding of local and international trends.
• Solid record of relationship building and management.
• Ability to scan/research the market to create relevant products that the market will need.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to industry problems, specific to the line of business and where required specific to customers.
