Product Manager at eTeacher Group

About The Position

eTeacher is a best-in-class B2C online education company, specializing in large-scale operations of online teacher-led classes. We operate globally, supporting 9 different languages in a variety of educational verticals. We believe that human interactions come first, and technology comes second, this has been the secret of our online education success for the past 20 years.  

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who will lead the revenue growth project road map, driving growth by implementing/managing the project planning/characterization, analysis, and action items. Using a combination of bootstep/growth hacking mentality, you will manage strategic revenue growth projects. Each project will have a North Star KPI, reporting and analysis stack.

What You'll Do 

• Search for growth initiatives (together with CEO/CRO).

• Manage growth project sprints.

• Analysis & Reporting of project results.

• Drive relevant features/changes. 

• Prioritize sprint task list.

• Research innovative ideas of competitors.

• Monitor competitors.

• Coordinate between Innovation Team members.

• Coordinate with other departments.

• Assist in ongoing Innovation Team projects.

*This is a remote freelance position with some flexibility.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Management/Product Design/product analytics experience preferably in a mid-size/large company

• Tech savvy with good knowledge of product and business analytics tools

• Track record of managing UX and customer onboarding

• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and full working proficiency in English

• BA in a relevant field is a strong advantage
