Product Manager at Healthforce.io

• We're looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our multidisciplinary product squads. You'll work with designers, researchers and engineers to envision, experiment and evolve one of our product areas. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Help to formulate Healthforce’s long-term vision, goals and metrics. 
• Translate that vision into concrete plans and objectives, with medium and short-term goals.
• Guide the delivery of a multidisciplinary product team of product designers, business analysts, engineers and others , ensuring that they are aligned and prioritising the right things.
• Deeply understand and advocate for the customer—whether they are a patient, clinician, funder, stakeholder or anyone in-between.
• Lead the definition of product features that customers love and that work for our business.
• Create product specifications, user stories, tickets and other artefacts to build team alignment.
• Collaborate with leaders from across Healthforce in finance, marketing, analytics, operations, legal, and other areas, to ensure that we meet our holistic company goals.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

We consider product managers from a wide variety of backgrounds—often the more varied and diverse the better. We encourage you to apply no matter your background, as long as you have relevant expertise across technology, business and customer experience.

• A proven track record of delivery in a Product Owner or Product Management role in an industry like financial services or healthcare. 
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Certifications in product management, design, data analytics, scrum, process engineering etc are advantageous.
