Drive strategic product development by partnering with editorial leadership to transform business objectives and content strategy into clear product requirements, while maintaining exceptional product quality through continuous refinement and optimization
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities within the digital media landscape, leveraging competitive intelligence to drive product innovation and iteration based on performance analytics and user insights
Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless technical implementation, assess feasibility constraints, and deliver robust solutions that meet editorial and business requirements
Collaborate with design teams to craft exceptional, user-centered experiences for both internal editorial tools and consumer-facing digital products, ensuring intuitive functionality and world-class usability
Own product lifecycle management while proactively supporting the Netwerk24 editorial team's operational needs and ensuring optimal product performance and user satisfaction
Champion process optimization by identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance content creation, editing, and publishing workflows through automation and efficiency improvements
Serve as the key liaison between content creators, developers, and stakeholders, providing expert troubleshooting for product issues while ensuring clear communication and swift resolution
Build data-driven insights through the development of comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools that empower the Netwerk24 editorial team with actionable analytics and performance metrics
What should you have?
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in a relevant field
A minimum of 5+ years of product management experience of which include 4 years in a digital media or content platforms
Obsession with creating delightful user experiences
Data and research driven, analytical approach to features and changes
Proven track record of delivering business value
Comfortable with ambiguity and change
Proficiency to manage a diverse workload and assign priorities to tasks
Familiarity and significant experience with agile and lean processes
Thorough knowledge of prevailing and emerging mobile trends and technologies
Experience working on web and mobile products
An exceptional communicator with presentation experience. Able to convey complex concepts in a simple and digestible manner
