Product Manager at Public Investment Corporation

Purpose of the role: 
To manage and deliver medium and large projects, in IT and the rest of the asset management business, as defined in Epics and User stories within defined scope, quality, budget and time. Convert Epics and User Stories to sprints and manage delivery from inception to post-implementation review. 
Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff 
 
Requirements:

• B. Com or equivalent 
• Project Management Professional OR Prince2 Practitioner Certification 
• Certified Scrum Master or other Agile Practitioner certification 
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering IT projects, at least 5 as a Project Manager
• At least 5 years’ experience in Financial Services 
• Experience with delivering projects using Scrum, SAFE or similar frameworks 

 
Duties:

• Successful implementation of Agile in the delivery of IT and business projects 
• Lead product delivery teams, ensuring defined processes, systems, tools and methods effectively adopted. 
• Work with Product owner and diverse teams to embed Agile practices and deliver defined Epics. 
• Build professional relationships through stakeholder management practices. 
• Leader and Manage teams, both onsite and hybrid teams. 
• Plan, organize, implement and supervise delegated work. 
• Manage Project Finances. 
• Ability to deliver products with remote or hybrid teams. 
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. 
• Obtain stakeholder buy-in from across the spectrum, including senior management, clients, and other departments. 
• Manage stakeholder expectations, navigating environment sensitivities. 
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
