Product Manager – Shared Services at Salt South Africa

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for internal platforms
• Streamline workflows and eliminate operational friction
• Build scalable, compliant systems with engineering and data teams
• Simplify complex processes like reporting, monitoring, and case management
• Use operational metrics and stakeholder feedback to prioritise effectively
• Partner cross-functionally to design tools that empower teams to perform at their best

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in Product Management
• Experience in fintech, payments, operations, or internal tooling
• Strong understanding of compliance and operational workflows
• Confident translating business and regulatory needs into technical requirements
• Data-driven and comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
