Product Marketing Manager at Capitec Bank

Purpose Statement

• To lead cross-functional collaboration, driving strategic initiatives and mentoring marketing teams, leading the design and successful execution of targeted and performance-oriented campaigns, focussed on boosting audience engagement and utilising effective channels.
• To lead the execution of planned initiatives that connect each internal and external client to Capitec’s Brand identity, strategy and objectives, driving a Marketing Centre of Excellence, designing and ensure the adoption of policies, methodologies and processes in line with best practice.

Experience

• 5-7 years in marketing, with leadership experience in managing complex projects.

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Honours Degree

• Advanced understanding of integrated marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and analytics.
• Deep understanding of how marketing drives business growth and profitability.
• Able to translate business objectives and plans into effective communication strategies
• Detail orientated with knowledge / experience in crafting clear and compelling messages
• Campaign management
