    Product Owner

    Purpose Statement

    • Facilitate the optimisation of systems and business processes used by BSC team members to prioritise, coordinate and drive systems development work with the IT Feature Teams
    • Partner with BSC Management and Learning & Development to implement relevant process changes. 

    Experience
    Min:

    • At least 3- 5 years’ experience in a management and / or support specialist position within the relevant business area
    • Proven experience in business consulting / liaising with internal stakeholders on an executive and / or senior level. 

    Ideal:

    • Proven experience in the application of one or more of the following:
    • Agile ways of working, techniques and frameworks
    • Configuration tools (i.e. JIRA; Confluence etc.)
    • Process mapping and process improvements techniques

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

    Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

    • A relevant degree in Business Management or Information Technology - Computer Science

    Knowledge
    Min:

    • Knowledge of the business area, business processes and systems
    • Contact Centre Management processes and procedures
    • Agile product development lifecycle

    Ideal:

    • Capitec Bank policies, procedures and products

    • Process mapping and process improvements techniques
