    Production Engineer - Automotive (54434)

    Job Description

    • Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Production Engineer to drive process efficiency, quality, and cost improvement within their engineering team.
    • The successful candidate will focus on implementing and optimising production systems, supporting new product introductions, and leading continuous improvement projects.

    Requirements:

    • BTech/Degree in Industrial, Production, or Mechanical Engineering
    • 3-5 years' experience in automotive process engineering (metal stamping)
    • Proficiency in CAD software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Optimise production processes to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
    • Develop and maintain production documentation and SOPs
    • Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
    • Support new product and equipment introduction projects
    • Analyse performance data and recommend corrective actions
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
