    Production Excellence Senior Manager

    Our Production Excellence Senior Manager will focus primarily on: producing consumer, shopper and customer ideas and content across multiple touch points and channels (including e-commerce), from a category and portfolio bundle perspective

    • Production Leadership: both for Global and for Regional & Local Brands - in alignment with Global and OU Creative Strategy and IMX sub-divisions
    • Leading the content production for global or regional IMX campaigns (when delegated by GCLs) as well as local brands
    • Directing timelines, budgets, deliverables and workflows for all productions requirements across all campaigns and platforms
    • Setting talent usage policies and being the guardian of rights management, ensuring all required media is covered with the production contracts for the needed duration
    • Continuously introducing new production studios, companies, directors / producers, technologies, techniques, and other service providers
    • Introducing new ideas for modular production, to dramatically increase re-use of content and to enable localization, and real time amplification with quality and speed; across multiple connection points, territories and platforms
    • OU Production Lead will carry out duties individually and through regular interaction with the OU IMX lead, OU Marketing Lead and broader OU Marketing Team.
       

    KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

    Experience

    • Significant production and content development experience (12-15 years), including working in or with production agencies.
    • Direct experience with productions across all media types, including campaign development, immersive experience development, talent payment and production studios
    • Preference for production studio experience, creative agency experience and event management experience (either as a Client Lead or as a Lead Producer)
    • Experience working with content creation, and creative design is preferred
    • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred

    Work Focus

    • Ability to work with agencies and content creators around the world
    • Ability to lead production pipeline for campaigns and projects across categories and multiple touch points
    • Deep understanding of the evolved content landscape, new forms of content with a specific focus on immersive and experiential productions and the modular content production
    • Expertise in working with different external partners (i.e.: agencies, production houses, media companies, influencers)
    • Knowledge of: Creative strategy; Experience design; Production KPIs
    • Design thinking capability
    • Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams

    Communication Focus

    • Role will require frequent communication with OU IMX Lead, OU Assets and Partnerships Lead, Global Production Lead, Global IMX lead and OU Category Creative Strategy Leads and Consumer and Shopper Engagement Leads and similar counterparts in other OUs
    • Role will collaborate with multiple Categories and IMX sub-functions
    • Role will also interact frequently with external parties, particularly creative agencies and production and talent companies

    Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree
