    Production Manager - Aeroton Bakery - 2 positions

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and controlled product quality assurance
    • Control production processes and optimised raw/packaging material stock levels
    • Manage costs - labour, materials and utilitiesOptimised operation with sustained high efficiencies.
    • Ensure safety, health & hygiene
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve productivity targets
    • Participate in capital projects justifications

    Qualifications

    • Six years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment
    • Degree and/or Diploma in Engineering , Production Management or similar qualification.
    • Experience with FSSC22000 audits
    • Experience in Managing a team (Must Have) and ability to interact across all business levels
    • FMCG experience
