Set clear objectives and goals for the Production operations and analyze Plant performance to ensure constant improvement.
Improve productivity through efficient management of Production and Labour costs and ensure they’re within budget.
Always ensure and create safe working conditions.
Capacity planning and process optimization.
Utilization of WCM best practice, tools and techniques.
Drive process optimization and cost saving initiatives.
Monitor site services, contracts and manage supplier relationships.

An ideal candidate must have an appropriate university degree (BSC, B.Eng. Chemical / Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical) Knowledge and application of continuous improvement methodologies.
You need to have 8 years work experience in a Production or Process discipline in a continuous process manufacturing environment. 3 years of that experience be in a management/leadership role. Working within ISO9001 ISO14001 and OSHAS145001 systems.
Good communication skills, knowledge and application of company disciplinary procedure
