    Production Planning Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Production Planning Assistant to support our planning department and ensure seamless production workflow.
    • The ideal candidate will excel in accuracy, communication, and time management while supporting data integrity and operational efficiency. This role is critical to ensuring orders are planned, updated, and communicated accurately to keep production running without delays.

    Key Responsibilities
    Stakeholder Communication

    • Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

    Matrix & Data Accuracy in D365

    • Maintain 100% accuracy when updating and verifying Height, Width, and Matrix Codes in the system (D365).

    Paid & Approved Orders Tile Management

    • Ensure all Paid & Approved orders are processed promptly and accurately to support smooth production planning.

    Reporting & Record Maintenance

    • Maintain accurate production-related records in D365 and ensure timely report submissions to the Production Planner.

    Task & Deadline Management

    • Complete all assigned tasks within required deadlines and support the planner by ensuring planning data is always up to date.

    Qualifications & Experience
    Essential:

    • Experience in a production, manufacturing, or planning environment
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
    • Familiarity with ERP systems (D365 advantageous)

    Preferred:

    • Previous experience in production planning or administrative support
    • Experience working with production schedules and order processing
