    Junior Internal Auditor

    Job Purpose

    • The purpose of the Junior Internal Auditor is to support the Internal Auditor in delivering independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of the organisation’s risk management, internal control, and governance processes. This is achieved through conducting comprehensive audits and evaluations of financial and operational activities to identify potential risks, control weaknesses, and areas of non-compliance.

    Key Responsibilities
    Implementation of Audit Plan

    • Assist in executing audits in line with the approved annual/internal audit plan.
    • Ensure audits are completed within agreed timelines and scope.

    Audit Planning & Execution

    • Compile statements of work, system descriptions, risk assessments, and audit programmes.

    Packing Outbound Controller

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Packing Outbound Controller to join our Production team.
    • The ideal candidate is highly organised, solutions-driven, and able to maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure stock readiness, efficiency, and smooth production flow. This role plays a critical part in supporting on-time order delivery and maintaining operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities
    Stock Preparation & Control

    • Ensure all stock is fully prepared and ready for production on or before the production start date.
    • Communicate stock shortages, issues, or risks timeously to avoid production delays.
    • Confirm that all stock allocated to production is complete, accurate, and in good condition.

    Maintain a resolution rate of:

    • 98% stock unpacked and released to the production floor before start dates.
    • 95% of stock issues resolved ahead of start dates.
    • Work closely with the Planning team to communicate and resolve stock-related issues affecting start dates or customer orders.

    Scheduling & Workflow Management

    • Print the daily production schedule and follow up on progress to ensure all deadline-driven orders (event orders, customer deadlines, and delivery dates) are prioritized.
    • Ensure the unpacking team follows the schedule accurately and efficiently.
    • Clear the schedule daily by ensuring all required stock is unpacked and released for the next day’s orders.
    • Print performance lists for the unpacking team as required.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities
    Production Display & Sublimation Print Operator

    • Purpose: Ensure consistent, high-quality printing while minimizing waste, downtime, and rework.

    Core Duties:

    • Operate large-format, dye sublimation, textile, or latex printers per job specifications.
    • Review job cards and artwork; confirm correct media, ink, colour profile, and resolution.
    • Check ink levels, temperature, humidity, and machine readiness; run test prints and obtain approvals.
    • Load media with correct alignment; monitor output for colour accuracy, banding, and alignment.
    • Stop production immediately when defects occur; record quantities produced and rejected.
    • Post-run: label prints, clean print heads/platen/area, complete production & quality logs, report issues.

    Quality & Safety:

    Alterations General Worker (Embroidery)

    • We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Alterations General Worker to support our embroidery and garment preparation processes.
    • This role involves a variety of hands-on production tasks, including garment cleaning, racking, cutting materials, ironing, and packing final finished products.

    Job Purpose
