Responsibilities

• As a Production Supervisor,  you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will lead a team of employees, overseeing production activities and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards. In this role, you will also be responsible for training new employees and reinforcing safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Control and report product quality parameters.
• Maintain and optimize plant, machinery, and equipment performance.
• Monitor and manage raw material stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a production team to drive high performance.

Qualifications

What will qualify you for the role?

• Education:3 year tertiary qualification in Operations, Production, or Business Management.
• Experience: 4-5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food and beverage sector.

Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Planning, organizing, and process control expertise.
• Technical knowledge of production machinery and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and BI tools.
