Required core competencies:

• Matric plus NQF level 5
• 3 years’ supervisory experience in the metal industry in a unionized environment
• Understanding of aluminium and steel fabrication processes is essential
• Ability to read and write English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Working experience in an aluminium fabrication factory would be advantageous.
