Job Description

• Our client, an established project management and construction company, is seeking a talented and creative Professional Architect to join their technical team in Polokwane.
• This is an immediate opportunity to take ownership of diverse architectural projects from concept through to completion, working directly with clients and multi-disciplinary construction teams.

Requirements:

Education:

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)

Professional Registration:

• Current registration with the relevant professional body (SACAP)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a practicing Architect
• Proven project management experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic ability and completed projects

Technical Skills:

• Excellent drawing and drafting capabilities
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
• Comprehensive knowledge of building products and construction details
• Understanding of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Familiarity with building codes and statutory compliance requirements
