    • Recruitment Officer plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for an organization. Maintaining an active pipeline and recruiting for bulk roles for new stores and replacement roles.

    Job Description

    • Lead the day-to-day marketing of Yogiberry and Bird & Co, turning each brand’s strategy into campaigns and customer experiences that build awareness, attract customers and encourage repeat visits.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Brand strategy and planning:

    • Develop separate annual brand plans and marketing calendars, with clear audiences, priorities, budgets and measures of success.
    • Protect each brand’s identity and tone of voice, using customer insight and competitor activity to guide decisions.

    Campaign delivery:

    • Lead campaigns from creative brief through production, approvals, launch and review, delivering to agreed deadlines and budgets.

    Performance and budget management:

    Product innovation and stakeholder management:

    Videographer

    Job Description

    • Produce high-quality video that brings the Pedros Group’s food, brands and customer experiences to life. Take approved briefs from shoot planning through filming and editing to finished assets for campaigns, social media, digital advertising and other brand channels. The role reports to the Content Manager and works closely with the Content Creator, creative studio and brand teams across all four brands.
    • Strong video editing skills and expert colour grading are essential. Own camera operation, lighting, sound and post-production, collaborating with the Content Creator on complementary cellphone and behind-the-scenes content. The Content Manager sets priorities and gives final approval.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Concept development and shoot planning

    • Translate briefs into visual treatments, storyboards and shot lists. Contribute ideas that reflect each brand’s audience, personality and campaign objectives.
    • Plan equipment, locations, products, props and shoot schedules with the Content Manager and relevant teams. Prepare for different formats and capture needs before filming.

    Filming and production

    • Film food and product features, brand stories, store openings, activations, interviews and social videos using suitable cameras, lenses and stabilisation equipment.
    • Set and control lighting, exposure, focus, white balance, composition and camera movement. Capture sufficient cutaways and alternative shots for editing.
    • Record clear dialogue and location sound using suitable microphones and monitored levels. Clean up and mix dialogue, music and sound effects for balanced, intelligible audio without distortion.
    • Make food look appetising while representing products and portions accurately. Guide contributors on camera and coordinate shoots with store teams to minimise disruption.

    Creative collaboration

    • Work alongside the Content Creator on shared concepts and productions, coordinating camera footage with mobile capture. Collaborate with designers on graphics and brand assets.

    Video editing and expert colour grading

    • Independently edit compelling videos with strong openings, clear storytelling and effective pacing. Complete audio clean-up and mixing, captions and basic motion graphics.
    • Deliver expert colour correction and grading, using scopes, colour management and selective adjustments. Match shots and cameras, develop consistent brand looks, and preserve natural skin tones and accurate, appetising food colours.
    • Produce platform-specific versions in vertical, square and landscape formats. Apply appropriate framing, safe areas, duration, resolution and export settings for each placement.
    • Check picture and sound quality, spelling, branding and product accuracy. Submit edits to the Content Manager, manage revisions and deliver approved files to agreed deadlines.

    Equipment and asset management

    • Prepare, maintain and safely handle production equipment. Monitor batteries, storage and accessories, and report faults or additional production requirements promptly.
    • Back up footage and maintain organised project files, clear naming and version control. Follow approval processes for filming permissions, contributor consent, music and asset usage.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years’ relevant videography and editing experience. A strong showreel must demonstrate personal filming, editing and expert colour grading, including before-and-after grading examples.
    • Strong editing proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent, plus expert colour grading ability in DaVinci Resolve or equivalent. Practical camera, lighting and sound skills are essential.
    • Ability to take a brief through planning, shooting and editing to polished final delivery. Food, restaurant, retail or lifestyle production experience is advantageous.
    • A relevant qualification in film, video production, multimedia or a related field is advantageous. Demonstrated practical ability and quality of work are essential.
    • Must have an own vehicle and a valid driving licence and be willing to use the vehicle for travel to and from shoots, including transporting production equipment safely.

    Content Creator

    Job Description

    • Create engaging, high-quality content that brings the Pedros Group’s brands, food and customer experiences to life. Turn briefs and ideas into compelling short-form videos, photographs and social content, working under the Content Manager and alongside the videographer.
    • This is a hands-on creative role requiring strong ideas, an eye for detail and the ability to shoot and edit excellent content across a range of formats.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Content ideas and planning

    • Develop concepts, hooks, simple scripts and shot lists from campaign briefs and the content calendar. Adapt ideas to the distinct voice and audience of each brand.
    • Identify relevant social trends, formats and customer moments, proposing ideas that suit the brand and can be produced quickly without compromising quality.

    Photography and video

    • Independently shoot excellent video and photographs for social platforms on mobile, including Reels, TikTok, Stories and other suitable formats.
    • Use composition, lighting, movement and sound to make food look appetising and capture authentic store, team and customer experiences. Keep product presentation accurate and consistent with the brief.
    • Style food for photography and video, using presentation, props and attention to detail to make it look craveable to customers while accurately representing the product.
    • Capture enough footage and variations for strong hooks, cutaways, transitions and platform-specific edits. Prepare equipment, products, props and locations before shoots.

    Working with the videographer

    • Help prepare concepts, references, scripts and shot lists for planned shoots. Coordinate content capture with the videographer so footage complements the wider production.
    • Assist with shoot preparation and capture behind-the-scenes or additional social content. Work constructively with store teams to minimise disruption and obtain the required approvals.

    Editing and delivery

    • Edit mobile footage into polished short-form content with effective pacing, clear storytelling, readable captions, appropriate audio and a strong opening hook.
    • Create versions for different platforms, aspect ratios and campaign needs. Check spelling, sound, picture quality, product accuracy and brand consistency before submitting work.
    • Write supporting captions and short copy as required. Submit work to the Content Manager, respond to feedback and deliver approved assets on time to the relevant teams.

    Quality and continuous improvement

    • Review content results and feedback with the Content Manager and digital team. Use learnings about audience response, watch time and engagement to improve future ideas and edits.
    • Maintain organised footage and asset files, with clear naming and version control. Follow brand approval processes and requirements for filming permissions, music and asset usage.

    Requirements:

    • At least 4 years’ relevant content creation experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating photography, short-form video and editing is essential.
    • Evidence of independently taking content from concept through shooting and editing to a finished asset. Food, restaurant, retail or lifestyle content experience is advantageous.
    • Practical experience with content editing tools such as CapCut or equivalent, and a strong understanding of platform formats, storytelling, hooks and captions.
    • A relevant qualification in content creation, film, photography, marketing or a related field is advantageous. Quality of work and practical ability are essential.

    Cost Accountant

    Job Description

    • The Cost Accountant is responsible for managing end-to-end plant finance operations by overseeing standard costing, BOMs, inventory variances, month end financial reporting, and the broader accounting function.

    Responsibilities : 

    • Maintain costing and Bills of Materials in SAGE, ensuring raw materials are properly moved into Work in Progress in the system before production begins.
    • Lead weekly and month end WIP recons, monitor production, analyse material and stock variances, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement.
    • Implement and improve SOPs and internal controls, bridging the gap between physical warehouse movements and Sage data to strengthen financial governance and protect assets.
    • Work closely with operations and management teams to improve processes, resolve cost related issues, and support decision making.
    • Prepare and submit management accounts, month end reports, and GL recons to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 
    • Prepare and manage monthly budgets and forecasts to monitor spend, analyse performance, and support future financial planning.

    Requirements : ​​​​​​​

    • Tertiary Financial Management / Accounting qualification – CIMA preferred.
    • 3-5 years experience in a similar role preferably in a FMCG, QSR/ Fast food or retail sector.
    • Sound understanding of the finance function and cost accounting.
    • Experience with Sage 200 Evolution or similar system.
    • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
