Matric, Diploma/ Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualifications that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse with current registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse 2023/2024.
Grade 1: No experience after registration with SANC as Professional Nurse.
Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate/ recognizable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse.
Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/ recognizable experience in nursing after registration as Professional nurse. service record from previous employment
Duties:
Maintain a therapeutic relationship and environment in which health care, standards, policies and procedures. Compliance and adherence to the relevant acts/prescripts applicable within the nursing environment.
Demonstrate an understanding of nursing legislation and related legal and ethical practices.
Perform clinical nursing practice in accordance with scope of practice and nursing standards as determined by the relevant health facility. Promote quality of nursing care as directed by professional scope of practice and standards.
