Basic R425 qualification (e.g., Diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent qualification.
Registration with the SANC as Professional Nurse.
Knowledge and understanding of legislative and policy mandates regulating nursing practice, processes and procedures, knowledge and understanding of nurse care practice and procedures applicable in the institution.
Duties :
Demonstrate an understanding of nursing legislation and related legal and ethical nursing practices.
Perform a clinical nursing practice in accordance with the scope pf practice and nursing standards as determined by the relevant health facility, promote quality of nursing care as directed by the professional scope of practice and standards as determined by the relevant health facility.
