• PEP is seeking a CSI  Programme Manager to oversee the management and growth of our flagship CSI programmes within PEP Foundation.  This includes Lay-Bye Buddy, an initiative that matches private and corporate donors towards settling the lay-bye of a person in need, unlocking relief for families who need it most.  This is a senior role requiring strategic planning, hands-on leadership, programme management and data management.  While this is an office-based role, this is an opportunity to make your mark in serving the communities we operate in.   We await your ideas, entrepreneurial spirit and rigorous programme management capabilities in a Corporate Social Investment space. 

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provide strategic direction and oversee programme implementation.
• Manage and improve programme systems, ensuring smooth daily, monthly, and termly cycles.
• Analyse programme data, maintain reporting platforms, and respond to field insights.
• Build strong relationships within programme communities and resolve queries quickly.  This person is the beating heart of each of the programmes and leads building culture. 
• Convene and lead weekly planning meetings with clear tracking and reporting.
• Write compelling reports for donors, partners, and store-based teams.
• Project and workstream management end to end. 

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS 

• Degree in a related field, such as in the CSI sector. A Project Management qualification is an advantage.
• Has at least five years of experience in leading complex programmes in the CSI,  poverty alleviation sector, and is familiar with the debates, complexities and social dynamics in the sector.  
• Proven experience in building relationships in the no-fee public sector or corporate social investment.
• Proven experience in managing data systems.  (Requires advanced skills in data analysis tools such as Excel/Google Sheets).
• Energetic leader who inspires teamwork, drives delivery and implementation.
• Strong analytical and storytelling/report-writing ability.
• Cause driven and determined to serve the best interests of both beneficiaries and donors.
