• A leading global organisation in the resources sector has launched a Cost Leadership Programme a high-impact, enterprise-wide initiative focused on cost excellence, value creation, and data-driven decision making through stronger collaboration between Finance and Operations.
• We are looking for a Programme Manager who can help elevate this programme into a world-class delivery engine.

As the Programme Manager, you will:

• Own and run the full programme workplan
• Drive governance, reporting, and performance metrics
• Connect interdependent teams across time zones
• Integrate design sprints and implementation planning
• Lead risk and issue management
• Build and maintain the Cost Leadership Playbook
• Support the Programme Leader
• Foster operational excellence and continuous improvement

Were Looking For a high-impact leader with:

• 10+ years programme/project management experience (global, hybrid/agile a plus)
• Strong mining or heavy industrial sector exposure
• Experience working with geographically dispersed operational teams
• Deep knowledge of programme governance, risk, and multi-stream delivery
• Strong communication and executive-level engagement skills
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
• A project management or financial qualification is highly advantageous.
