Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic implementation and delivery of high-impact ICT programmes, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with C-suite executives to shape and execute company strategies through well-managed project delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration to achieve successful programme outcomes.
• Oversee all aspects of planning, risk management, cost control, and reporting to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Implement agile methodologies and encourage a continuous improvement mindset across teams.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

Required:

• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or MBA.
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Project Management applications.

Recommended:

• PgMP, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, and AWS certifications.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project and Programme Management, specifically in large, complex ICT application development and delivery.
• Proven experience in the Payments, Banking, or Financial Services industry.
• Strong expertise in strategy implementation, with demonstrated success in translating business strategies into actionable programme plans.
• Advanced risk and cost management skills, along with business planning and financial forecasting knowledge.
• Extensive experience working with C-suite executives to drive strategic decisions and influence outcomes.
